Open Road Impact

Between 2019 and 2024, I was Director of Communication at Open Road, guiding the organization through a significant transformation. Originally established as a grantmaking philanthropic entity, Open Road evolved into an impact-first investor dedicated to addressing climate change and reducing inequality.

My role entailed leading Open Road's rebranding and business evolution, which included the development of their new website and content strategy. Throughout my tenure, I managed all facets of internal and external communications, from fostering relationships with grantees and portfolio companies to curating impactful stories, engaging with the media, overseeing community management, and managing fundraising and investor relations. Additionally, I successfully coordinated various consultants and agencies.

As part of my responsibilities, I played a key role in the development and execution of Open Road's 10th anniversary campaign. This involved creating a microsite, producing video content, engaging on social media, and leveraging the power of storytelling.
